What is in the box

Real yerba mate, kneaded into real pasta.

We brew a strong concentrate of loose-leaf yerba mate, fold it into durum semolina, bronze-die extrude, and slow-dry for 18 hours. The result: pasta that drinks up sauce and brings its own personality.
